The BD Insulin Syringes with Ultra-Fine™ Needle are sterile and single-use devices designed to provide maximum comfort and accurate dosing.

Awesome Design. Designed with 53% shorter than a 12.7mm needle, the BD Insulin Syringes with Ultra-Fine™ Needle have the shortest and thinnest insulin syringe needle available. With its thin-wall technology, the syringes feature a thinner shell that reduces plunger force which helps large doses flow easily.

Easy to Use. The barrel is designed to draw up an accurate dosage easily and feature clearer scale numbers & wider units spacings. Its plunger and flange are aligned with a scale for a clear view of the numbers and has a firm grip for better control.
