What is the cost of shipping on PO's?

Shipping costs are the same as purchased through the online store or negotiated costs.

Which payment methods are accepted from PO's?

Payments by a mailed check or payment by credit card over the phone are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted.

How long will delivery take?

Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days.

Some items may be longer due to manufacture issues or packaging and handling time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All data including is encrypted. This includes your credit card information and login password. Not even our employees will have access to this information.

 

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will confirm the order by email. When your package is ready to ship, we will email the tracking number. We will also email you when the package has been delivered.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, all orders are provided Purchase Order Slips or an Invoice upon delivery. 

How Will My Order Ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

There are two basic methods of shipment available: Small Parcel and Truck Delivery:

Small Parcel – Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell.  If you prefer a specific method, please put a note in the order. We can also ship using your Shipping Account. Customers with such accounts who wish to use them should indicate so in a note with the carrier and account number when placing the order.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.” Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Truck Delivery – Many items on our website are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail.

Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, the agent will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Upon receiving your delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s). Freight damage happens on less than 1% of all freight shipments. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Also be sure to count the number of pieces received that it matches the number on the sheet (BOL) of the driver before you sign. We will not be able to claim anything after signed received in good condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Our website automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error. If the corrected amount results in a higher shipping fee of over $5.00, in such cases you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

Truck Shipments:

If the product page says “Ships by Truck”, then the normal shipping policy will not apply. Please check out the following link for our truck shipping policy.

Free Shipping?

Place any item marked FREE SHIPPING! in your shopping cart and don’t pay a buck for shipping. Just proceed to checkout, and shipping charge will update automatically. Standard Free shipping covers ground shipping within the Contiguous United States only (AK, HI and PR are not included). 

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we charge shipping per item. If your order also contains items that don’t qualify for FREE SHIPPING you’ll be charged shipping only for the weight for those items. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart per item. If you delete a qualifying item from cart the updated shipping charge will be applied.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Lead Time:

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. We strive to be accurate with our lead times.

For “in-stock” items every effort is made to process and ship the day the order is received. However, orders received after 1:00 PM EST time will ship the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered “business days”.

To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time, “Ships Within: ________ ,” to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse*.

Transit Time:

For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 “business days” after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order’s travel time is locked in to the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse.

Please note; all estimate delivery times are counted in business days only. Weekends and holidays is not considered a delivery day. So for example if you order on Friday and select standard overnight shipping, it will be delivered to you on Monday NOT Saturday. If you want Saturday delivery, you will have to select a Priority overnight shipping method.

For Truck shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. Out of Stock:

In very rare instances we will run out of stock, even while the item is marked “In Stock.”  On those rare occasions, our Customer Service Department will contact you. If you agree, we’ll arrange for our suppliers to quickly re-supply us.  You’ll see your items marked as back ordered (or BO) on your invoice.  We’ll ship your items as soon as they arrive. You’ll never pay additional shipping on back ordered merchandise, and you may cancel at any time. Simply call our Customer Service Department to notify.

International Shipping:

We do not ship international, including Canada.

Lead-Time – The average delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers.

Our standard shipping method to Canada is UPS Standard. UPS standard may charge a brokerage fee on top of the taxes. You can find a complete chart of the fees on the UPS website. If you prefer a different shipping method, contact us beforehand for a quote. Estimated transit time from UPS standard is 5-7 business days.

Taxes & Duties – Taxes, duty and brokerage fees are NOT included in the shipping price and is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us for specifics.

Returns – Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy.
